Would highly recommend Big Yellow! Great value along with an excellent set up but most importantly the staff are brilliant...so friendly and helpful!

We arrived from Italy after our household goods had been left at the house. We were unsure of the size of container to use. However, Ian the very helpful assistant looked at our goods and advised us. He was spot on and actually saved us some money as we were going for larger. He was on his own that day and handled the situation well while under pressure from another client to see to them before us. We were very impressed.

Felt I was an important customer by the way I was treated by all staff from Dawn on the phone to Ian on my arrival. Ian needs a special mention as I felt his service and people skills were of an exceptionally high standard. As a "middle aged woman" he treated me with respect without any patronising tones which can be infuriating regarding moving furniture/male dominated environment etc. Only problem was access to entrance blocked by other vehicles and lack of big trollies on arrival.

Having just put our flat on the market we needed to store some clutter and I'd had a quote some months ago so reserving a unit via the call centre was very quick. The online inventory function makes check-in very straight forward. Ian was very helpful and checked our space requirements (saving us money by switching us to a smaller storage room) before completing our check-in. The whole building was extremely clean and our storage room was spotless. We pleased to know our stuff is safe & secure but easily accessed when we needed.

I have used one other storage place before and Big Yellow Safe storage is clean secure and convenient. Having one`s own key and able to turn up unannounced is a huge benefit

The staff in Guildford Big Yellow are great. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. My only gripe is the opening hours - could do with it being open past 6pm but I guess you can't have everything...

Dropped in on the fly and was really surprised at the comprehensive availablity of storage solutions. Ended up signing there and then. Would reccomend.

It's great for people who do not have much storage space available. The service is very easy to use and you can have access to your storage roomany time you want , within their working hours of course. I would definetely use the service again in the future & strongly recommend it to others. Good value for money too.
