It's been a while since I've used self storage, I'm impressed with how much self storage has improved. Well lit rooms, very helpful staff, much improved security. I was most impressed with the attitude of the staff who were happy to help and offer assistance.

Good secure location. Staff friendly and willing to help. Storage area clean and well lit. Security appears to be the top priority which is reassuring and gives peace of mind. Being able to manage your account online a big plus for busy people like me.

I've no problems with the service or layout: both are excellent. Two things occur: the loading bays can harbour all sorts of sharp debris - screws, nails etc, which makes me a bit uneasy about pulling in, in case of tyre punctures (I've found and binned three screws already, in the few times I've been to the facility). Is it possible to have a check on this? Also, the exit code-box seems less positive in action than the access one, and is difficult to see against the sun: could it have a brighter screen/audible input sound? Otherwise, I'm very satisfied: I've used BY before, and would do so again. Thanks
