Josh helped answer any of my questions and was very helpful on the day that I came to Hangar lane.

It was very easy and very helpful staff and polite

Everything was handled by two excellent workers Harry and Josh who had explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated the move in/out process practically in detail with all the information regarding entering and exiting during my stay. Also had a nice friendly conversation with both. Good Lads.

Any queries were dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner, the team were all breifed and knowledgeable so i felt very at ease

My enquiry and formalities with overall procedures were made easy and stress free with online service first and in store by the beautiful and friendly lady .

Harry was great throughout the whole process

Initial enquiry was great. I was explained everything and was recommended Rapid Removals which assisted me with move. That speed up the whole process as well. It was definitely better than the guys new the facility etc. I will use them again once collecting my stuff.

Very good service. Check in process was longer than I expected and we had delivery men on standby who we were paying per hour. We were fine because we were first in the queue but if we’d needed to wait for anyone in front that would have been a long delay as the staff member was on her own. I thought her service was very good.
