Both Lalit and Joshua were very helpful the whole process, from enquiring to checking in.

Everything went completely smoothly - I received great information initially and follow up calls to check everything was ok. Moving in to the room on the day all went great. The only thing was that somebody on the phone told me ahead of the move in that someone else could pay the initial cost by phone on the day (i.e. not me), however this didn't turn out to be the case, and I had to pay by card. This was fine - but the only thing that wasn't what I expected. Everything else was great.

Dealing with Josh with my initial inquiries via phone and then in person when confirming payment/contract stipulations was very helpful. Despite not being in the job long, he is friendly and informative and works well alongside his female colleague (unfortunately did not catch her name but she was also very nice and welcoming). Pleased to have my possessions in a safe and clean environment.

Unlike other storage companies I received a call from Josh who was in the branch and when I visited the branch he was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the service that I received.

Lalit and Heather were both fantastic with their service in person and over the phone. Also appreciate the price match
