Josh is excellent and help with the process I wasn’t planning on taking up a unit but he convinced me and went above and beyond to see to my needs

Heather was incredibly helpful once I arrived at the storage space at hanger lane. And the customer service team prior to my arrival where also great and helped me understand what I needed to do as my request was last minute and urgent.

Was absolutely great dealing with the staff over there, especially Heva, don't know if I spell it right but honestly she was so helpful, understanding and patient with us.she explained well the procedures of moving into the storage. She was absolutely fantastic

Heather is amazing. Following my initial on line request she phoned me and provided excellent customer service. Her manner was professional and friendly. She listened to my needs and offered me the best solution making the entire process easy and stress free. Heather explained everything in a clear and easy to understand manner. Her approach, compared to the other companies I dealt with, was the best and she definitely influenced my decision.

The assistant manager Lalit was amazing and helped me find a bigger unit when the one I had booked was obviously too small.

I was explained everything properly and made me feel welcomed. The enquiry was handled nicely online too and holding patience with the enquiries I had. I was served by Eva at Alperton site.

The initial enquiry was handled very well indeed. I was looking for quotes and came across BYS. The person I dealt with was very helpful but, not pushy. Of all the companies I contacted, BYS was by far the best experience. I got agreed call backs, check-in call to ensure that I still wanted the space and information I needed throughout. In terms of moving into the space, Heather & Kabria were a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I entered the reception they were very friendly and helpful. Heather clearly explained everything I needed to know and more. They both gave me a short (socially distanced) tour. I would definitely recommend the Hanger Lane store in particular.
