The staff was very helpful when I had to change the storage size. The whole experience was easy and very convenient as I had to wait 3 weeks before moving in a new property.

After a very stressful move it was a real relief to finally get to Big Yellow Lane with my overflowing van. The staff were friendly, well-informed and welcoming and the unit was clean, easily accessible and just the right size for all my stuff.

Moving into Big Yellow self storage was so easy to do and I knew that when I left, my possessions were in good hands. Everything was explained to me when I arrived and the staff were very friendly. I would use this company again!

The space was convenient and clean. We had a bar running through the ceiling of our space which we werent too happy with but every fit in the end.

Negatives: Opening hours are not good for personal users, most of whom would want access outside business hours: to reduce the hours on weekends and holidays seems a cynical attempt to get people to pay extra! Most of the parking seems to be taken up by (unoccupied) vans.

We are so pleased that we came across Big Yellow. The staff at the Hanger Lane branch are superb and nothing is ever a problem. Easy loading bay near to lifts, vaults easy to use. Can't fault Big Yellow really.
