Impressed with all staff members in high Wycombe who have at different times helped me and guided ne through a very smooth process and helping me keep faith in the fact my belongings are safe. Everything is explained clearly and questions answered throughly. I like that when you enquire you get a follow up phone call.

Received a quick quote, and then spoke on the phone to a member of the teamm regarding dates. I arrived to set it up a day after expected, but speaking to Jahan at High Wycombe, it was very simple, very easy and little to no issues. Jahan was very friendly and professional throughout.

The whole team were very welcoming and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Felt like I was joining not just a new storage unit, but new friends.

I liked the way storage sizes were explained on the website with examples, eg a double wardrobe/small shed etc as that made it easier to choose the right size. It was good to have a quote emailed so I could consider the decision without being hassled. I needed help completing the online questions, like about what I was storing and my ID and the staff were helpful and quick to respond both by phone and by email. Everything was explained simply and clearly.
