Very Easy - booked online originally. A few days before I recieved a phonecall to confirm for one of the store team who moved the booking a day earlier for me without any issues. Move in on the day was explained really easily - Ewa was super helpful - and due to my removals company arriving late Sam was incredibly helpful in updating my account to anytime access despite the store being about to close. Both were an absolute credit to the business!

The ladies at BYS High Wycombe are always willing to help where they can. I’ve used the storage facilities here on two different occasions and have always been impressed with the ease of booking and changing anything that was needed

Initial enquiry was processed quickly, and follow up phone calls were handled professionally. Actual booking on the day was made very easy and the person on the call was very knowledgeable and helpful. On arrival at the storage this professional and helpful attitude continued and the whole process on the day was clear and relaxed and could not have been any better.

The process was so straight forward and smooth. The lady called Sophie really made the booking and everything else easy to deal with and communicated well thought out the whole procedure being ever so helpful. Would recommend and use again.

It was all very straightforward. I was in contact with Big Yellow and SafeStore, the latter of which gave me a lower price, which was then matched by Big Yellow. I was pretty indifferent between the two options but given the same price, I chose Big Yellow as you have cooler name and very distinctive buildings (they are big and yellow).
