Lovely friendly staff very helpful.

SAM HOOKED ME UP, She was awesome. I actually first spoke with her a year prior to taking up thew room and she dug out that price and tried her best to get as close it it as possible. She made me feel very comfortable about leaving my gear in the lock up and made me feel happy about the option of future up sizing and downsizing BIG UP SAM!

The staff were brilliant. I spoke to Sam initially who was very friendly and informative, then at high Wycombe, Beth sorted all my details out and answered all my questions. I do think the price per week are too high, but your staff are excellent.

The whole process was fantastic and Ewa was absolutely wonderful!! I'm an extremely happy customer!! Thank you so much :)

I found the advice I received over the phone helpful as I had not used a storage company before, however the unit size that was recommended to me was not big enough to fit my items so I upgraded to a slightly bigger one, that process went ok and the staff were professional and courteous.

The initial enquiry was dealt with proficiently. The explanation on site regarding completing paperwork and the process of gaining access to the unit, was clear and done with patience. Sophie, Sam and Beth were most helpful.
