The process was so straight forward and smooth. The lady called Sophie really made the booking and everything else easy to deal with and communicated well thought out the whole procedure being ever so helpful. Would recommend and use again.

It was all very straightforward. I was in contact with Big Yellow and SafeStore, the latter of which gave me a lower price, which was then matched by Big Yellow. I was pretty indifferent between the two options but given the same price, I chose Big Yellow as you have cooler name and very distinctive buildings (they are big and yellow).

The initial enquiry was very well handled and quotation received promptly. On visiting Big Yellow High Wycombe to view the facilities we were shown around by a friendly and professional member of staff and nothing was too much trouble. Each time we contacted them to change dates as house move kept being put back due to Covid 19, they were very helpful. Again they were great at explaining what we needed to do in regards to the inventory process and moving in. The High Wycombe staff are extremely helpful and special praise for Sophie, Beth and Sam.
