Sam (in-branch at High Wycombe) has been amazingly helpful throughout the process. Very kind and understanding and really made an effort to help me feel at ease throughout the process. Having never used a storage facility before, she explained everything start to end and made the costs easy to understand and clear. Can't thank her / recommend her highly enough.

Within half an hour of requesting a quote, was contacted by a member of your team who finalised quote and l answered all my questions. We ended up needed the unit a few days early and at short notice. Your staff member at High Wycombe confirmed we could start earlier and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived. Sophie dealt with our check in and was friendly and helpful.
Insurance is over sold. I was initially told it was a legal requirement which it is not. In the end I found my existing policy covered it.
The overall process from enquiry to reserving to check-in to move-in was incredibly smooth. I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown to me by the in-store staff Sam and Sophie, and I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Big Yellow.

My son recommended Big Yellow Storage initially. But I found your reception staff to be most helpful throughout the whole process of deciding which size room, right through to returning with all my stock and packaging to be stored. I also feel that my stock will be securely stored, but I have easy access to remove or add items. A great all-round experience.
