The initial enquiry was very well handled and quotation received promptly. On visiting Big Yellow High Wycombe to view the facilities we were shown around by a friendly and professional member of staff and nothing was too much trouble. Each time we contacted them to change dates as house move kept being put back due to Covid 19, they were very helpful. Again they were great at explaining what we needed to do in regards to the inventory process and moving in. The High Wycombe staff are extremely helpful and special praise for Sophie, Beth and Sam.

The staff were great. The y knew what they were doing, were polite and courteous and ever so helpful.

Easy online registration and reservation followed up over the phone with Beth who was really helpful and friendly. Likewise, we had great service face-to-face from Ewa at the High Wycombe branch when we moved in. Fantastic service; would definitely recommend to others

The enquiry was handled with professionalism and a sense of humour. A fantastic way to get new business. The processes were explained and with the exception of one document that we were not advised about and subsequently found out about on our visit after pre registration, everything went to plan

Sam was amazing, she explained everything very well on how to enter after hours etc. Sam took the time to show me exactly where my storage unit was and how to access it.

Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Very approachable.
