Booked online , but some things needed to be sorted in store , I found the team at BY Hounslow very easy to deal with , showed me my room before I moved in , talked me through all I needed to know and I signed all the relevant documents , they made the whole process very easy for me and I would certainly recommend taking a room within the Hounslow store.

Lloyd is fantastic

It was amazing, the staff members were great at communicating, both over the phone and in person. The contract details were explained very well. The most important thing the moving experience was made stress free, as the staff gave me one day of late night access after knowing that my van would arrive after closing time, which was extremely helpful!

Both Ricky and Katie have made the process from booking to moving into my storage space as easy and stress free as possible. Both have been very understanding with any queries that I had and were happy to help. Excellent customer service!
