It's was a brilliant support given by Ricky & Kate, which make my transition smooth.

My initial enquirers was good had no trouble finding out about the storage Ricky helped a lot

Efficiently and friendly.

Initially I called head office and Tracy was very helpful to help me find the right location for the storage unit. Then at the storage unit Kate was very helpful give me all the information I needed advise me about the boxes and all the other storage material.

Ricky and Kate were absolutely brilliant and spot on helping me with my check in. Not to forget Lloyd for his help with invoicing. Great experience overall. Cheers

All very organised and clear, but I was looking for clarity regarding future annual rate increases, and the team were a bit evasive on that.
