Really fast and efficiently service. Any queries were handles really fast. Ricky, Kate and Lloyd were all extremely friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. Even managed to call me and get me storage units on the same floor to make it easier for my move.

Initial contact was with Ricki at Hounslow branch. He explained everything clearly, put me in touch with a removals company and sent me all the details I needed to know. Booking was made easy by Ricki and received a phone call to make sure all was ready the day before. On arrival at Hounslow met with Lloyd at the reception who talked us through everything by which time furniture had arrived, we were booked in everything checked and stored. Excellent and easy process and Covid procedures were good and followed.
