Everything was very straightforward from the start. Ricky was extremely knowledgable and helpful by giving all the information necessary and helping me find the most appropriate storage room size by physically showing me different sizes and layouts they had available on site. Checking in, again, easy and straightforward. All great so far!

The initial enquiry was straigtforward; the website is easy to use and the visuals helped me identify what size was right for me. However, the constant phone calls were over the top (I was being called daily before I moved into the storage unit - usually during my work hours which was distracting). In store, Lloyd was extremely helpful - he talked me through the different papers and showed me my unit to make sure I was happy with it before I moved in. He was friendly and approachable and an overall delight.
