The initial enquiry was straigtforward; the website is easy to use and the visuals helped me identify what size was right for me. However, the constant phone calls were over the top (I was being called daily before I moved into the storage unit - usually during my work hours which was distracting). In store, Lloyd was extremely helpful - he talked me through the different papers and showed me my unit to make sure I was happy with it before I moved in. He was friendly and approachable and an overall delight.

Everything was so easy Lloyd from costumer service call me strate away we booked space next day I meat Ricky he show me everything locker how this work that guys ar are so nice and friendly right people on right place five stars for them

My enquiry was handled well by Ricky and Lloyd. Booking was easy and the process was explained very well including signing the contract with Ricky.

Big Yellow storage staff were extremely helpful with massive thanks going to Lloyd and Kate who done everything to assist me and my father in moving my belongings into storage. Booking was a little tricky to do at first as I suffer from mental illness and I don’t always process information as good as other people. Once everything was done however it was a breeze. Great to do business with Big Yellow storage and I would definitely use this service in the future.

Well trained staff and would go the extra mile to help their customers, prompt, quick fix and spontaneous decisions. Ricky, Scott, Hary and Lloyd all of them have been stars and exceptionally well in doing their job. I am happy as I know that my valuable assets are in a safe place with the right people managing it.
