Very good service

My initial inquiry was handled by Lloyd. He was quick and efficient, and gave me the best price for the storage unit I asked for. He even extended the discount period. He explained the process very smoothly and explained everything very well.

It was handled very well. Both Ricky and Lloyd were extremely helpful and efficient. They were super friendly to and did everything in a timely manner also. Everything was explained clearly and well.

Kate was good on the phone and Ricky was brilliant at the Hounslow reception during check-in.
