Very easy process. Quote available immediately. I had to change my move in date several times and this was done easily with a quick phone call.

It was straight forward and simple. Staff were very helpful in answering my questions. Moving day was quick and efficient.

Spoke to the help centre who walked me through the costs and the options. They helped reserve storage for me, allowing me to view the storage and keeping flexibility to change my mind.

Kate and Ricky were amazingly helpful.

Found the website very user-friendly, contacted the sales dept to query if I could go and inspect the lockers. All the while checking out other sites for locations and prices/accessibility etc. Found staff and operators to be very accomodating to all my queries.

Excellent although I don't need a phone call on the same day I make a booking as I already know the score.

The Manager, Katie was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the process. She made everything so easy for us including giving us clear explanations. Being a tourist in the country, I felt very welcomed by her.
