Kate and Ricky made my life easier. They answered all my question, and there was really a lot of them. They explained the whole process from the beginning and what I need to do in each stage.

Since we were not in the UK at the time of moving, Big Yellow was extremely helpful in handling the move, especially Lloyd, who assisted in terms of payment and document. It was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process.

Process was seamless. Good customer service, everything was well oragnised. May be access to more trolleys could have been nice.

Despite our current social climate with Covid-19, the manager Katie was amazing to deal with. She was patient, great customer service and handled all our queries and concerns with care, professionalism and excellence. We've never used a storage company before, and so far Katie and Big Yellow Hounslow (Staines Road) have been amazing to deal with.
