Ashley was very professional, nice and very helpful

Going through a life crisis at the moment and had never used self storage before, I was overwhelmed with how helpful the staff were and the process was smooth and stress free 100% due to them. Divya was supremely efficient and also warm and friendly. Her colleague Lloyd was also very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see they were genuinely that lovely towards other customers too. I was only planning on keeping my stuff in storage for a week, but because of the staff I actually find the whole thing convenient and easy so might keep the whole 8 weeks now! Thank you to the staff there :-)

I dealt with Lloyd in the Hounslow store and he was honestly fantastic. Made the stress of moving our things, very easy and gave precise instructions on how to enter the storage. I’m very grateful to Lloyd for his great customer service.
