Lloyd and Kurt were really nice and helpfull. I didnt have any issues even tho Ive changed the date I was supossed to leave. Service was excellent and I would be pleased to come back to Hounslow self storage.

Kurt was excellent with explaining everything to us when we first inquired about the storage unit. When I had to change the date a few times they were very accommodating. Kate and Kurt were a pleasure to deal with.
I recives warm, friendly, efficient and prompt service at all touch points from Kate, Lloyd and Kurt. They were really helpful and made moving into my storage unit a breeze and offered helpful advice. I feel like they had my best interests in mind.

Lloyd was really helpful, he didn't try to force me into anything but explained all my options. He even put me in touch with a removal van person who was also great. He made the whole experience great for me.

I spoke to Gemma on the phone and she was very helpful beside that the system was done she promised to call me back and she did.On my arrival in the office i was greeted by Kate very professional and welcoming she made me feel comfortable and put my trust not in your company only but in her too.
