Big Yellow is reliable and easy to use but it is quite expensive. I got a 20ft storage room on a really good deal but it is for an extended period of time while I go traveling and it is going to cost me hundreds of pounds.

Your staff, and especially Kurt at your Hounslow facility, were outstanding. Kurt worked with me to arrange storage via email, from New York and could not have done more to facilitate the process. I was on a short turn around between flights at Heathrow, on a Sunday, so everything had to go smoothly and quickly. It did. Thank you once again for your professionalism and courtesy.

Lloyd and Katie at the Hounslow branch have been fantastic. Lloyd notified me with details of road closures and then offered me extended opening hours for that day so I could beat the road blocks for free as it was out of everyone's control. When I went in to sign the contract they both went through everything in detail and explained anything I was unsure about again with no questions. Lloyd showed me around the rooms and showed me a few. Moving in day went as smoothly as it could as Lloyd promised it would. Cannot thank these guys enough. Would highly recommend!
