Customer service was so refreshing and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly and we were given a tour of how to access our goods. Kurt was very courteous and patient and very professional. I was very happy dealing with him. His colleague was very friendly too. You have a great team there and i would definitely recommend the experience, the deal etc.

The staff was extremely efficient. A special thanks to Lloyd and the lady with the red hair who worked on the 8th of July. Both of them provided exceptional service. I needed a bigger storage room and they could have ripped me off since I was in need of more space but they applied the normal price. Everyone was very friendly and professional at the store. Fantastic team! I'll recommend Bog Yellow Storage to all my friends.
