While the team was very helpful, professional and friendly , I ended up renting a space twice the size I originally wanted - because the original size was nowhere near what was advertised. The measurements on the website was much bigger than the actual room and that was both frustrating and disappointing!

I have never used self storage before so was quite apprehensive. Poppy was a fantastic help however, she was quick and professional, and succinctly explained everything I needed to know.

Alison Tanner on the desk was excellent. Straight forward information, good guided tour, and underpinned with humour and courtesy. Great staff.
