The staff member was very helpful, and friendly.

From an initial investigation online for a price, Ross called later that morning to see if he could be of any further assistance. I explained the items I had for storage and he advised the locker I had priced up sounded like the right size. He advised there were currently 3 free lockers of the size I needed and was able to reserve one for me. Following up after this I spoke to Alison who was also able to put me in touch with a recommended “man & van” removal service in order to arrange collection of the items and delivery; while they loaded the items in to the locker I completed the final check in steps having already completed the online steps.

The team was great. Lisa and Ross helped move things along quite quickly and stress free.
