Everything was clear and easily understandable. Very smooth and quick move into storage. Was contacted by members of staff and given more information what’s required from me and how to make move into storage easier and more convenient by online check in prior arriving at the storage.
Booked it on line then Alison called from the store Gants Hill Alison was so helpful and very pleasant member of staff answered all questions I had a pleasure doing business with Thank you Alison
The whole process was extremely easy and pleasant. Along every step of the way all staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the online 'check in' very easy and it made everything on the day very smooth. All the info beforehand and on the day was very clear.
It was great Experience as staff were quietly helpful Maria who showed my an ideal storage place as I wanted to have , Alison lady who smiled all the time while signing up contract with excellent customer service .She guided me throughout my paperwork & Lisa was the one who helped me to set up my padlock Password.I am extremely happy & over the moon as i was confused which one is right one for me .Thanks to all three of these ladies for all their supports.Appreciate
Lisa was great at explaining everything. We were shown our storage facility and it was the perfect size, clean and felt cool. The on line info is accurate, however I completed the paperwork at the location. Proffesional and friendly staff, polite and happy to answer all my questions.

It was really well handled. I find most of the aspects of my moving traumatic but not my experience with Big Yellow. The Big Yellow team at Gants Hill (Ilford) have been very pleasant and friendly and helpful.
