first phone call was very useful covered everything; online check in saved a lot of time; and the lady on shift in the Ilford Branch on Saturday morning was very helpful and she showed me around and gave me all the info needed.......very good

Alison was very thorough and explained all aspects of the storage process and requirements in great detail. She was friendly and personable which made the lengthy check in procedure enjoyable. I would def use big yellow again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

This is my first time using self-storage and I found that Maria was very friendly, approachable and helpful; she showed me a few different spaces as I was initially unsure of the size I would need and made me feel at ease about the process. She answered any questions that I had when I came into the store. The booking process was very easy and moving into the storage space was rather straightforward.

Alison who has been my main contact made what started as a very stressful move, easy. Her warm, smile and relaxed attitude not only reassures, it reduced all anxieties. Alison took time to go through the process in a simple but very clear manner. I can go on about Alison, I know I would not be first to sing her praise.

booking and moving in were very straight forward. staff were most helpful both via phone and once we arrived at the unit.
