Excellent care and customer service from jabril

I was arranging the storage for my son who is disabled. I found the staff to be very understanding, patient, considerate and flexible.

your member of staff Joel who met and arranged the paperwork for me was excellent, helpful and thorough.

I gave the score based on a few things. 1. The facility. It's clean, tidy and presentable. 2. The location was perfect being located so close to a tube station. 3. The customer service that I received from Joel was exceptional. He handled my requests diligently, professionally and seriously. I have never hired storage before but from our first phone call I felt in safe hands. Amazingly, my delivery was incredibly late, I then found out through another receptionist, that Joel stayed an hour after his shift to make sure that I was looked after when my first deliverly arrived and that he could oversea this. This is because unfortunatly my deliverly was so late and I was clearly worried. Really inpressed by the Caliber of staff at the storage facility. I was there all day because my deivery was late and I saw there was always someone at the desk. Which instills me with a lot of confidence.

I am sure it will be safe and secure . I liked your storage . It’s really recommendable storage.

The service I received from Joel was excellent and efficient and the consideration for being a previous customer.

Jabril was very helpful and gave us a deal that was cheaper than originally quoted. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The staff knew his job and made the right suggestions and gave good advice. He also scrolled for any promotion that could exist.
