The service Jabril gave us on the phone to our initial enquiry was excellent and it was what made us go and look at your facility. When we go there,Jabril was one again excellent and exceeded our expectations with his customer service levels. He is a credit to your organisation.

The lady who helped me who's name is Maria was extremely knowledgeable and explained things and details precisely and coherently that I think made her an asset to the company. This was at the Eastern Avenue Ilford store and I left feeling that I had been well looked after.

The staff were amazing when we called to inquire about storage. They talked us through everything we needed and how safe our goods would be. When we decided to go bit the Big Yellow they ensured everything was smooth and also called us back to ensure the space we had picked was right for us. They even entertained our children ! Jabril and Maria were brilliant.
