I was most impressed by the high calibre of politeness and professionalism displayed by Randeep and Mike with helping me and Sona set up a storage unit here at Big Yellow Storage in Gants Hill. They have been Instrumental in making it so convenient and easy to open and account and their patience to show us a variety of choices . They were equally helpful on the phone prior to our visit.and made it ever so simple to set up. I am impressed at their calm and patient guidance in making our set up a very comfortable experience.thank you for your extra smiles and guidance as we are set up now. You have a vast range of accessories which we could purchase to help start up .

Ryan and Randeep have been fantastic. I had a great experience at the Ilford branch and was treated very well. Highly reccomended for storage. This unit is also spacious and airy which is good.
