I had a great experience. The staff — especially Randeep — were warm, kind, and very helpful. The facility has solid security, plenty of trolleys (which I used), and even forklift support when needed. Parking and the unloading bay were spacious, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend.

A special shout-out to SAM, who has consistently provided outstanding service. From my very first visit, I was impressed by how lovely and welcoming the staff are. This is my second time working with SAM, and I can confidently say that her approach has remained exceptional. Years later, she shows no sign of burnout; instead, she’s as warm and helpful as ever. SAM is truly a people person—informative and supportive every step of the way. I believe her fantastic work deserves recognition, whether it’s a raise or a bonus. I am long time customer and know these people so well, like manager Alison, and Samantha and Randip....I very happy with their service , helping with any issue I have.
