Staff couldn't have been more helpful - excellent facilities and security.

Had need fpr quick resolve to a storage problem, in out and got wnat was needed swiftly same day with excellent and very helpfull customer service, as a rea;l pleasure to receive, where generally no so much service of customer needs a priorpty in many places thee days.

BYSS was my first choice straight away as I needed to store almost all my stuff for 4 months. The discount rates are very avantageous and the facilities are secured and very convinient to use. I would have loved to see more agents (or a more trained one) to have less waiting time. Indeed, though I had taken the time to check online, to register the inventory and had hired a very efficient man to deal with my stuff, it took1.30 hours to complete the move. So obviously you need to take that in consideration. I'll let you know my final opinion when i get my stuff back as I left it. PS: the agent has still been helpful and nice!

all members of staff were very helpful. the yellow storage experience was quite new for me. I was very impressed with the containers, the security, the items available. In particular I was greatful for ayub's help.He was profession, courteous, helpful, knowledgable, an Expert at his work and also very efficient. He made the whole process very smooth and easy for me. Thank you yellow storage. I would use yellow storage again.

We found the member of staff who was on duty when we reserved the room to be very helpful and informative. He was also there when we booked in with our goods for storage and was again very helpful with all aspects of the building.

I love big yellow as it took the hassle out of panicing where to put all our stuff when moving from rented to our first bought property. As expected the solicitor paperwork took forever so we had to move our stuff out of rented and into Big Yellow before moving again into the new place 4 weeks later. It was so easy to book the unit online, move in and not worry about it all. I'd definately use them again as the location was 10 mins away from where I moved to. 5* all round. :-)

I like the well organised operation of big yellow. I have my houshold things stored at Gants hill and the staff were both friendly efficient and knowledgable about their product. I like the easy extention time as i'm unsure exactly of the completion date for moving. The security features are also impressive, entering your pin upon entry and exit. An impressive service.
