Make out of hours access much cheaper or even free. Provide the option of supermarket style cages on castors that will allow customers greater ease of access to their goods & facilitate the ability to extract complete modules quickly & easily to the loading area.

I started using Yellow on December 2009 and altjough I have only dealt with two people at the Ilford Store, I have found the staff service beyond excellence. The storage space and the convenience of facilities for storage has been excellent and as a result have since taken more storage space. On my initial enquiries, the assistance was also excellent and from that point, I never considered using anywhere else for my storage. Great job. keep up the good work and I'll keep storing and you will also be the only name I will use for recommendation. To sum up in one word "EXCELLENT"

A very useful facility - available at short notice, clean, dry and very secure. The only thing I would change is improving access on Sundays - being open til 5 or 6pm would be helpful.

Over all the facility is really good even though the frequently used areas are looking a little tired. Everything works really well and you rarely need to speak to anyone. However the few times I have needed to speak with someone in the reception/office area I've walked away feeling disappointed. On several occasions I've given up waiting after 20 minutes or so without even being acknowledged. There never seems to be a sense of urgency with the staff and all it takes is for one or two customers to bring the whole process to a painful grind. I was very pleased with the service Big Yellow Storage gave me. As a pleasant surprise there was a discount of 50% for the first month which encouraged me to use it for a little longer. They made easy every step of the process which is appreciated when you are moving houses and you have many other things to think about

Great staff, very clean and secure. The location at ilford isn't great because of the A12 central reservation and when I was using the storage unit there was roadworks and it was a real inconvenience. But not caused by Big Yellow and unavoidable.
