I have used the Big Yellow Storage for over 2 years now, and I thought that I would not be able to use it without getting hubby to bring my stuff in and out for me. but how I was wrong!! I was able to use the different trolleys and although they are a bit like Tescos ones, I soon got used to steering them around the corners !! It was so simple to use my room and I could go there when I wanted and access my bits whenever I wanted to. It was nice to have a large space to use, without the worry of keeping it tidy, as when I shut the doors I did not have to see any mess!!! It is a great concept and have told people I know how simple it is to use and store your bits and bobs. Even a woman can do it by herself and I didnt need a burly man to help move my stuff!!

Staff were very helpful and explained everything crystal clear. Easy access arrangements.

The location got a bad reveiw because there are long term road work on the A12, which makes it a nightmare to get to because of traffic :-(

I cannot say any more than 100 per cent in every way possible. The staff do there up most weather its on the phone or going into to store.Its always clean and tidy. I would recommend the yellow box storage to any one.

I really could not ask for better value for money or more helpful staff. They are a credit to your company.

Close to Gants Hill roundabout so easy access and a Burger King next door so food/drink not far. Staff are friendly and helpful.

As a long-time customer of Big Yellow, I have always been very pleased with the excellent service over the past 7-8 years. However, even though I do feel like 'part of the furniture', I do feel that I am entitled to a sufficient discount... that would be nice!!

Although my store is very convenient as its so local, and clean and dry, I have only a mid size room and have to share the cost with a friend as its so expensive. Otherwise its a useful tool for problem horders and the cost has prevented me buying any more unnecessary stuff!!

Used to store various items while we up graded from a flat to a house. Helpful to know it was all secure for as long as we wanted. Boxes and bubble wrap in shop of good quality. Wish it had been open further into evenings.

The ability to downsize or upgrade at short notice is really good. The premises are clean dry and I had no issues with leaving papers etc that I did not want to get damp. All your saff have been helpful and friendly and responded immediately when needed. The gate and door entry system is a bit of a fiddle when you are trying to unload several trolleys quickly - but does add to the feeling of security and peace of mind so it is worth the hassle. Its location was fine only 10 minutes from home. It's surprising how little space you can manage with if you use decent stacking boxes or crates
