What can I say! This part of moving homes has been the easiest. Randeep looked after us from start to finish. When we visted the store he showed us 3 different units and explained the differences which helped us make our decision. Although it was near to closing time, he never rushed us. I received follow up calls to help complete my online account. The whole process was very easy. On the day of signing Randeep took his time to explain the contract and offered us to see the unit again. He explained and modelled the whole access process and supervised while we made the first attempt. What great service. The whole team are wonderful and super helpful. So, if you are considering using Big Yellow Ilford, take that step and make an enquiry. You won't regret it.

This place has excellent customer service with such great staff! We went looking around for storage places but were not sure, were confused and had a lot of questions, it just didn’t felt right to go ahead. But when we came here we felt welcomed with such lovley staff. Randeep is a gem. He spoke to us clearly stating all good options for us, answered all our queries and made us feel at ease. We were sure we were in safe hands. Please do choose this place, you will experience excellent customer service. Five star for Randeep and his professional approach!!

I have been using Big Yellow for few years now. Have been to their branches in Barking and Dagenham. They were not bad but the customer service of Alison (manager) is exceptional from Big Yellow, Gants Hill. I have known her for few years and she is a great human being and an excellent manager. She is always very helpful and looks after as much as she can. I am really pleased with this branch and will continue to use their services.
