Henry’s knowledge of the different storage options and his willingness to assist with every detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was impressed by his dedication to customer satisfaction and his genuine desire to ensure I had a positive experience. All of your Staff on Telephone Contact were really helpful and understanding. Henrey who dealt with me on the day was so helpful. He explained everything, answered all my questions and concerns. His Customer Service Skills were exemplary. I just wish that every Customer Service Personel had the same skills and level of Interpersonal Skills. I had a bad morning and his tone and clearly his love for what he does shone through.... It put me at ease straight away
