Fantastic assistance provided by Finn! Went to buy boxes here three times. Each time Finn went out of his way to help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just an all round lovely guy. My son was with me the third time and commented that Finn’s attitude had brightened his day.

I had a great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage in Kennington, especially thanks to Clarissa, who was fantastic, super friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I had a last minute request for a storage unit, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The customer service over the phone was also efficient and supportive. The storage areas are exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a clear focus on health and safety, which made moving items in and out much easier. There are plenty of storage size options available, which is really convenient depending on what you need. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side. It’s great for short term use but if you’re looking for long term storage, you might find better value elsewhere. That said, if budget allows, I’d highly recommend them for the quality of service and overall experience.
