I had a great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage in Kennington, especially thanks to Clarissa, who was fantastic, super friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I had a last minute request for a storage unit, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The customer service over the phone was also efficient and supportive. The storage areas are exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a clear focus on health and safety, which made moving items in and out much easier. There are plenty of storage size options available, which is really convenient depending on what you need. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side. It’s great for short term use but if you’re looking for long term storage, you might find better value elsewhere. That said, if budget allows, I’d highly recommend them for the quality of service and overall experience.

The facility itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with easy access to units via elevators and wide corridors. This made moving in and out a breeze, even with larger items.

Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything with patience and detail. Made the transition to smaller units very easy and the paperwork was very straightforward.

We were taken care of by Finn Cookson. He got us all sorted quickly and without fuss when we arrived at 09:30 yesterday Saturday 26th October. We were tired after a straight through drive from Barcelona, Finn helped us out with his confidence and advice on how to get all our stuff into the space we had booked. He even allowed us to leave our big van in the car park while we went for lunch after we had unloaded and packed our storage space. And he organised out of hours access to collect our suitcases from our storage once we had got back from dropping off the van in Basingstoke. Finn is a great member of the team at Kennington Big Yellow and I am very happy we got him at our check in and to help us at the end of our mammoth trip. Great guy and a super easy experience, thanks Big Yellow & Finn!

Everything was very well explained by Finn. He was very polite and helped us to choose the right size of our storage.
