Fantastic experience, Always an easy process with the team!

I have to thank Clarissa, who spent time (&patience) helping me find what was suitable for my needs. It wasn't easy as I was looking for a very long term solution to items that had to be kept safe & secure for what may turn out to be a considerable length of time. Size was difficult in this case and she was keen for me to know that there would be an alternative if I needed to go up in size. I was shown the different options in person and she took me thru all the procedures. Customer service doesn't normally exist like this any more !!

Every respect - staff were welcoming and helpful, patient when I needed to change things. Everything went to plan.
