Staff was really nice over the process. However, they didn't mention I had to pay 8 weeks in advance the girl at the reception managed to arrange it in two payments in the end and when I asked (on the phone) which kind of padlock I had to bring I was told 'any padlock is fine'. Turned up mine was not fine and had to spend £14 for a new one in the store.

Really well; we decided to pop in to the store one evening to discuss the online quote we received and the process. Anna was super helpful showing us a unit and taking us through things like insurance and our moving in. The online check in process is really easy to follow and meant we were able to prepare at home ready for a quick move in on the day. All in all everything was really clearly explained to us.
Great service. Each time I visited the staff could have been more helpful, especially Tim would sorted all the paperwork on the day our items came into store.. Also their recommendation to consider using Rapid Removals was perfect.
