The initial enquiry was easy. I filled an online form and got a call. Came down to the store to have a look at the rooms but was still unsure. When Tristan called me however, he was quite clear on the process and made me comfortable by listening and working with me to get what suited my needs. Amazing customer service
I called ahead of time and spoke to Tim who let me know that even though I was running late, he would stay late as long I got there before 6 - which took a whole lot of stress out of the moving. He explained the whole process, what I would need to do and bring. He definitely made it a whole lot easier for me.
Tim at Bug Yellow Kennington and his colleague helped me and my wife out on Sunday afternoon. They were both patient and proactive in assisting us as though we were the first customers for the morning, despite that we were the last customers of the evening on a Sunday. That should not go unnoticed
Generally ok apart from expensive last minute surprises on arrival at the site... "you're padlock isn't good enough, you have to buy a new one for £14, you must buy a mattress cover from us for £5" which was totally unacceptable. This should have been notified upfront. I felt cheated.
