It was very easy and Tim Adeuyan was very helpful

It was very easy. Came into store and met with Bradley who was really friendly and made my experience exceptional.

I really liked having the ability to pre-check in at home which is much more efficient and made the time spent sitting in the office much less. The whole process was made even better thanks to the quality service and professionalism shown by both Mark, who finished my check in, and subsequently Bradley who assisted me several times with later enquiries as I moved in. My experience at other branches in the past had been less than impressive but these two guys have turned my opinion of Big Yellow around for the better.

Not very clear most information were very vague.

Overall easy, but I received too many calls from employees and I felt pushed

Everything was clearly explained, the process was simple and quick. On the day of the move Tim was very efficient and helpful, overall it was a great experience
