From initial telephone contact to checking in I have found staff unfailingly calm, helpful and polite. Definitely above average.

Very easy to book online, maybe because I haven’t used storage before only thing I wasn’t aware of was that I’d have to pay for a minimum of 4 weeks up front even though I only needed it for 2-3, but understand I will receive a partial refund when I check out so that’s okay.

It was very easy. Came into store and met with Bradley who was really friendly and made my experience exceptional.

I really liked having the ability to pre-check in at home which is much more efficient and made the time spent sitting in the office much less. The whole process was made even better thanks to the quality service and professionalism shown by both Mark, who finished my check in, and subsequently Bradley who assisted me several times with later enquiries as I moved in. My experience at other branches in the past had been less than impressive but these two guys have turned my opinion of Big Yellow around for the better.

Not very clear most information were very vague.
