I thought that the service I received was top notch. The employee that served me was brilliant, polite, friendly, really made me feel valued as a customer.

Very well, answered all questions and made changes to account when asked very promptly with no issues!

I used self storage for first time and I felt very overwhelmed at the beginning with the unknown. The team at reception met me with a smile and immediately made me feel more comfortable. I dealt with Tim who answered all my questions patiently and helped me every step of the way. Without his help and positivity I feel it would have been totally different experience. Excellent customer service.THANK YOU Tim and team :) So far so good. Keep smiling and keep going.

Anthony was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure it was an easy process. His customer service is amazing!

It was handled very well. I was provided with all the details. The only thing I can comply about is that I paid more than the initial offer done by phone.

I was serviced by Mark and Bradley when moved into my storage space. It was my first time and the room was too large and they helped me to change for a suitable one which I am appreciated.

The process and initial enquiry were easy however once you make an enquiry they call you a lot of times which isn’t welcome. It is quite a long process but the information is all there for you.
