No major comments - the process went smoothly and easy

Tim and Mark were super helpful, they walked me around the storage showing me the facilities, explaining the whole process thoroughly. They kept in touch over the phone and email along the weeks. Great service overall ans really friendly guys

I particularly liked how the sizes of the different storage units are shown virtually on the website. That was very helpful. The rest of the booking process was super smooth too.

Everything was made very simple and understandable to the customer.

My initial enquiry about storage space when I visited the branch by Mark was very professional and well explained to me in detailed. I was also very pleased with the discount which eased a worry on my budget and expenses at least for the next three months as I am also decorating my flat. I also bought the multipack boxes and Mark gave me suggestions of what goes in the different sizes of boxes, which was very help. My family and I, then had an idea of how, where and what goes where in these boxes. We also listed items on your system provided by login in and out, and saving as we went along, which was very user friendly. In summary, Big Yellow customer services, processes, storage space of our choice and our moving experience has been very good, we are very pleased and wound recommend this company to family and friends.

I just moved to Lambeth and popped into Big Yellow on my way home. I knew the Fulham branch so had already had experience of BY. Anthony Lai greeted me and he was exceptionally professional, kind and courteous. He made it very easy.

The size I wanted was not originally available so Mark offered me the next size up at the same price which obviously made me very happy.
