Excellent , very good attention in all parts of the process

It was the first time that I am using this Self-storage service, and it is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to the team that have been really helpful in explaining exactly how everything works since the first call. Especially, Bradley and Mark, they were answering all my questions and they were really professional and they help me out downloading the car and putting all my belonging on the trolley. I would suggest 100% this service to friends and relatives.

Even I’m not physically there, the customer service handled everything so perfectly.

Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and friendly - thanks! Mark in particular matched the price with another local store. He also helped me sort out the locks and so on and made all the paperwork very clear. Anthony helped me out with other details, including getting the insurance I needed.

My initial quote was too expensive for me, so Masega arranged for a slightly cheaper quote over the phone and advised me about what i would need to bring if i were to confirm the booking. It seemed to be much less hassle than other companies. The website was down when i tried to check in online, but (thank you James for reassuring me) the process was very quick when i arrived in store. Anthony was extremely relaxed and professional.

The staff was very kind and helpful! Definitely will recommend.

Tim was great! Explained everything

A lady initially managed my booking on the phone (whose name I did not note). She was helpful and explained the checkin process and the fact that I could amend my checkin date in advance. The next day, Mark called to follow up as I still had not checked in. I explained that I wanted to defer checkin to the following day, he was thoroughly helpful and took care of my booking amendment immediately with ease. Following online checkin and upon arrival at the storage the following day, Bradley took care of me, insuring I was fully informed and even suggested a more suitable storage size than my original selection which saved me some money. Both Bradley and Mark continued to provide useful assistance and advice throughout the day as I was moving my belongings in to the unit. The process which is by nature quite a stressful one, was made seamless, assured and altogether pleasurable thanks to the amazing customer service of the team on the day and those preceding it. The price and location were my main reasons for choosing Big Yellow but the staff would make me happily choose this option again! 10/10
