I just moved to Lambeth and popped into Big Yellow on my way home. I knew the Fulham branch so had already had experience of BY. Anthony Lai greeted me and he was exceptionally professional, kind and courteous. He made it very easy.

The staff member Marc was really helpful and nice. He showed me the rooms and explained everything in detail. It was much easier and understandable than booking online.
