Nice & helpful staff!

The staff at the Kennington Store went out of their way to do whatever they could to ensure we got what we needed. Anthony initially but particularly Tom were exceptional in their customer service - patient, made helpful suggestions about what we really needed and never made us feel that we were being sold something unnecessarily. Tom helped our boxes to the car which was really appreciated. More than that the ease with which you access storage is great, it's air conditioning especially on the hottest day of the year was very appreciated. Both

According to my recent experience, the facilities and services are very satisfied as my expectation. The access of self-storage room is very easy to operate, and the environment is clear as well. For the service, Tom who from reception provide us very comprehensive information and nice service, which is very helpful for us.

There was a lot of useful contact and follow-up from customer service to ensure that I got the support I needed. I also appreciated the flexibility of service I was offered. My experience with Tom when I came to check in was very positive and I was given all of the assistance I required and felt I had received a thorough introduction with all questions answered.

The receptionist Dean was super kind at explaining the pricing, and he did not hesitate to explain the how the deposit and insurance works 3 times for me, a non-english speaker. He was the warmist service man ever!!
