Efficient and friendly staff. They had good personalities and we had a laugh Rapid removers were very good also. Liked the way they wrapped everything carefully

The palce is secured with password and cameras. The empolyers are friendly and welling to help and explain everything with a smile!

Everything was good, but the storage unit seems a little on the small size for 50 sq ft. Even my very experienced movers were wondering if it was really a 50 sq ft.

Best customer service I have ever experienced, both from the reception staff (Dean) and the Rapid Delivery drivers. The storage facility was also very clean nd well organised.

I would recommend it because I found it easy to deal with and very clean, good customer service and secure. However I have never tried anything else so I would not say my reccommendation is necessarily the greatest endorsement.
