Staff are friendly and professional and whole process went smoothly.

Customer service was excellent - very friendly and informative and helpful. Dean in the Kennington branch was really great, didn't make me feel rushed and was happy to spend the time to chat, answer questions, get me a glass of cold water because I was knackered after all the moving etc

Great customer service from Dean. yellow storage is close and accessible. Suggestion of removal company also very helpful and easy to organise.

Good service and nice facility, it is about all I could ask for from a storage unit. I feel that it is a fair value for the price.

I would like to give 10 out of 10, however I was confused by the size of the units I was shown. They were all in the 15 sq ft category, but in general they all felt smaller than 15 sq ft. Some of them were significantly smaller. I ended up with a unit that I think is approximately 12-14 sq ft.

the service was absolutely brilliant in the kennington branch. well orgnaised, easy to find, access and very knowledgeable staff. I had customer service agent: Dean - he was courteous, speedy, knowledgable and no question was too much. It was my first time at Big Yellow and he put me at ease. Also his colleage Alfie was super supportive also

Really nice staff, Alfie was the agent that attended me all the times I've been in there and was aleays really helpfull. Service is really good and quite cheap. I just regreat not to have the padlock as cost me 13£, still is a very good one and worth the money.

Probably the best all round service I've had in years. Both in store and on the phone and through emails. I'm positively shocked with surprise. I'd like to draw attention to the lady on the sales desk in camberley who initially dealt with my sales enquiry. She dealt with a price match request
