I was initially hesitant about using Big Yellow, due to the inability to get an estimated price on the website. It felt as though I was being forced to call to find out what prices are like versus other companies who allow you to gauge likely cost on the webpage straight away. However lady the whom I initially spoke to was very good, patient (let me have my whinge) and then was able to price match a better offer I had found on Shuregaurd. Then when we actually went into the store, the gentleman (Anthony Lai) who served us as very good. Able to answer all our questions, showed us the storage space prior to completion & this enabled us to work out the one originally booked was too big. He was then able to alter the booking accordingly & price match again for us. We ended up having a 40sq ft locker for an initial 8 weeks, with another 4 to follow.

Honestly, I used the storage in Kenningto near Vauxhall, and I can say that I had incredible customer service. Alfie and James were funny, helpful and kind. I arrived very early and my friend with our stuff to put away was late, they let me sit with them for ages, got me a coffee and were mega helpful. Also the price was so reasonable.

Everything is well explained by the store assistant manager of kennington branch - Alfie. The check in process is smooth and easy as well.

Site was easy to use, online check-in process was really useful. Friendly staff, very kind and helpful when we arrived. Storage was clean and secure, and information given to us was hugely helpful.

The staff at the Kennington Store went out of their way to do whatever they could to ensure we got what we needed. Anthony initially but particularly Tom were exceptional in their customer service - patient, made helpful suggestions about what we really needed and never made us feel that we were being sold something unnecessarily. Tom helped our boxes to the car which was really appreciated. More than that the ease with which you access storage is great, it's air conditioning especially on the hottest day of the year was very appreciated. Both
