Charise was the staff handling y check-in. She was knowledgeable and helpful and has gone out of her way to make the process easy and smooth.

Two main points: - The level of service during initial contact - from getting the quote to signing the contract, and showing the ropes. The customer service was of a very high level throughout the engagement. - I needed some extra help with receiving the parcels and the staff helped to sort out a few issue which were due to my fault

Alfie, who met me at the complex was very clear and helpful. He even recommended a more suitable space for my storage needs and ensured I was satisfied with everything by the time I left.

The Layout of Big yellow storage is fantastic, the lifts are spacious a lot bigger than supermarket lifts. Tom is Fantastic, He explained everything, Tom put the dust sheet down for me, Tom is a very keen worker, what I also like that Tom put safety first.

I was thinking about BigYello as another chain where you get average service - basically what you expect, however the experience in Big Yellow Kennington was amazing so far and staff is very friendly. Tom and Hammad were extremely helpful and went extra mile to help me with my requirements. Very pleased with the service.
