Your customer service is extremely helpful and detailed. It also didn't reach the point where I felt annoyed that you were trying to get my service. I received one call back after asking for a quote to explain what the process is like, then didn't feel pressured to make a decision when I informed the customer service representative (Antony) that I needed time to make that decision. I arrived on the day and Hamad took care of everything. He was friendly, diligent, organised, and explained everything. Will definitely recommend Big Yellow to anyone who needs storage.

Staff was knowledgable and friendly. He was very patient in answering my numerous questions as it was my first time trying to find storage.

Charise was the staff handling y check-in. She was knowledgeable and helpful and has gone out of her way to make the process easy and smooth.

Two main points: - The level of service during initial contact - from getting the quote to signing the contract, and showing the ropes. The customer service was of a very high level throughout the engagement. - I needed some extra help with receiving the parcels and the staff helped to sort out a few issue which were due to my fault

Alfie, who met me at the complex was very clear and helpful. He even recommended a more suitable space for my storage needs and ensured I was satisfied with everything by the time I left.
