I found the online quote system worked well and when I got to the actual storage location the help from the staff member I was assigned was even more helpful. He was extremely patient and helpful with all of my questions and went out of his way to make me sure I was using the right storage facility for my stuff. What could have been a very complicated process felt far from it.

Hundredd porcentaje profesional, totally truly and honest the information and the functionality of the place. Really good communication by email and by phone... Sometimes more than enough but they take care about client thats good I have my second experionce with employers at the big yellow storage and again it was totally satisfy ... This time was Hammad Rashid who i have the oportunity to trade with.. Deeply grateful for his help. Big yellow storage have to be thankful from his work. Your customer service is extremely helpful and detailed. It also didn't reach the point where I felt annoyed that you were trying to get my service. I received one call back after asking for a quote to explain what the process is like, then didn't feel pressured to make a decision when I informed the customer service representative (Antony) that I needed time to make that decision. I arrived on the day and Hamad took care of everything. He was friendly, diligent, organised, and explained everything. Will definitely recommend Big Yellow to anyone who needs storage.
Staff was knowledgable and friendly. He was very patient in answering my numerous questions as it was my first time trying to find storage.
Two main points: - The level of service during initial contact - from getting the quote to signing the contract, and showing the ropes. The customer service was of a very high level throughout the engagement. - I needed some extra help with receiving the parcels and the staff helped to sort out a few issue which were due to my fault
