Highly engaged sales representative- he gave us good advice, made the process swift and efficient, managed to save us money on the rental period, was lucid, very knowledgeable, friendly and sorted out all of our requirements with patience and charm. All in all, a great experience

the lovely woman who inducted us in to big yellow was amazing. very friendly,bubbly and extremly helpfull in answering our questions on how it works. also we decided mid way through that the 75 sq ft size just wasnt big enough and she smoothly put us into a 100 sq ft which was perfect for our needs.

Hamid, the staff member who helped me signed up & get my things in storage was very helpful. He was also very informative. He made the process easy & straight forward. He was courteous & smiled. Very high quality of service. Keep it up!
