Easy to organise online. A lot of support on the telephone when my discount code wasn't recognised. And the guy at the Kennington unit was exceptionally helpful when I booked in. Really great all round service.

Well to start with the quote we were given by the staff member was wrong with a discount. Then we got the weekly price quoted wrong as it was for a bigger size storage facility than the one we had so again we need to pay more per week
